Consider This Your Curse was recorded by Stephen Egerton (The Descendents, All) between March and May of 2009 at Armstrong Recordings in Tulsa, OK. For fans of Hot Water Music, Dillinger Four and Off With Their Heads, the album is a collection of punk rock anthems that breeds much more than your standard, mindless fist–pumping. The album is sincere and passionate yet ripe with despair and confusion. Over Stars And Gutters wrap their jaded, lyrical stabs in heaps of emphatic melody. This is raw and urgent melodic hardcore for people ready and willing to challenge the status quo.
