Born in South Philadelphia, Heel consists of four aging ex-band members who struggle to find time to write and play music between having kids and getting married. All pushing 40, these tired dudes – Mike, Tom, Chris, and Ryan – are mostly inspired by bands that existed while they were still in high school. Catch them in between naps playing some heavy jams and quoting wrestling or I Think You Should Leave.
