Somewhere between sexy pizza parties and high-flying WWF action, Philadelphia’s In The Pines crafts beautiful, heart wrenching emo music. The four-piece band – comprised of Michael Bodenberger (guitar), Thomas English (guitar), Nicholas Holdorf (drums, vocals), and Christopher Reed (bass, vocals) – formed in late 2014 in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood. Inspired by cute baby animals, cheap beer, and dad jokes, the group of hot dudes recently finished recording their debut EP, Forever Green.
