The Here And Now wasn’t really supposed to be a band. It was a just a side of Four Year Strong’s co song writer Alan Day that never made it to the surface. It is made up of years of song writing that just never felt quite right for the pop-punk styling of FYS. So it eventually started to find its own identity, more and more songs were coming and there was no end in sight.
With influences spanning from Neil Young, Tom Petty, and The Beatles to bands like The Smashing Pumpkins and Nirvana; The Here And Now is a whirlwind of musical eras all smashed into one heaping pile of good old fashion rock and roll.
